NIS2 and the new Cyber Security Act - how the rules of the game are changing

  • Mgr. Jiří Hradský, SEDLAKOVA LEGAL s.r.o.

The new Cyber Security Act will affect more than 6000 companies. Who will be affected by the new cybersecurity regulations? What are the basic obligations under the law and what can you start doing now? NIS2 will be included in the new Cyber Security Act. Although the final wording is not yet known, we take a look at the key areas that regulated entities will need to address. And not just those.

Gap analysis and next steps for managing the new cyber law

  • Ing. Martin Konečný, MBA, CYBER-GUARDIANS.cz s.r.o.

If you are one of the companies that will be regulated by the new Cyber Security Law (among the so-called regulated service providers), you will probably conduct a gap analysis to determine the specific impact of the new regulation and the necessary steps to ensure compliance with its requirements. Learn how to conduct a gap analysis, get advice on what to look out for and, last but not least, learn about security compliance for regulated service providers.

Zero Trust Architecture for the Cyber Security Act/NIS2

  • Ing. Michal Čížek, GoodAccess s.r.o.

Presentation of the general infrastructure model to be implemented in order to comply with the technical measures according to the Cyber Security Act / NIS2. The presentation will explain the basic principles of Zero Trust, introduce the concept of Zero Trust architecture at the network level and its advantages over other approaches. Finally, we will look at how easy it is to implement Zero Trust using the GoodAccess platform without complex intervention in the existing infrastructure.
