Terms and Conditions

Individual membership is intended for individuals, primarily security experts and students in relevant fields.
The decision to accept an individual as a member of CyberSecurityPlatform.cz is made by the Operator. The Operator also has the right to terminate the membership.
Individual membership is free of charge.
Individual members have access to the online portal.

Partnership is open to both commercial and non-commercial organisations.
Partners have the right to publish their profile in the Partners section.
The partner profile contains the partner's logo, information about the partner, including the portfolio of services offered and other information (e.g. interviews with celebrities, open positions, etc.).
A partner can participate in CyberSecurityPlatform.cz events.

There is a fee for registering a commercial partner, i.e. creating and publishing their profile.
The current price is always listed in the Membership section.
The entitlement to a commercial registration begins on the date of the invoice for the registration of the commercial partner and expires at the end of the period of the commercial registration.

There is no fee for registering a non-commercial partner, i.e. creating and publishing their profile.
Eligibility for non-commercial registration starts on the date of signing the cooperation agreement.

The online portal serves primarily for sharing experiences and for communication between members, it is not a marketing tool.
It is forbidden to publish advertising on the portal that is contrary to the vision of the community of experts.
It is forbidden to publish harmful or inappropriate content on the portal.
Members are aware that they cannot share information in the community that is subject to legal protection (e.g. under an NDA between the member and their employer).
Information shared within CyberSecurityPlatform.com is intended for community members only. Members may use it in their practice, but it is not permissible to charge for it.
