Ing. Michal Řezáč, MSc.

Michal Řezáč has been the Director of Strategic development since 2015, and currently he is also the Director of Security and Information Technology. He is one of the sons of the founder of Gordic - Jaromír Řezáč. Before joining Gordic, he studied at the Brno University of Technology and Nottingham Trent University, where he was introduced to the field of cybersecurity. He focused on this topic during the development of his master's thesis entitled "Assessment of the company's information system and proposal of changes" and "Application support for cyber security". This work led to the creation of the KYBEZ platform and the cybersecurity development team. These projects are still under development. Together with his team, he has created several tools to help organizations understand and address cybersecurity and GDPR.

Ing. Vojtěch Hvězda

He is the head of the CyberSec team, which has been developing a platform for cybersecurity management, risk analysis, online training and GDPR process analysis since the beginning. Vojtěch is responsible for leading the business and development team. He holds the ISMS ISO 270001 Lead Auditor certification, which enables him to work with ISO/IEC 2700x standards and related legislation - such as the Cyber Security Act.

Vojtěch is also involved in raising awareness of NIS2, a European directive that will soon introduce new cybersecurity obligations for thousands of organizations in the Czech Republic.
