Assessing readiness to implement the new Cyber Security Act

Finding out how prepared an organisation is for the new cybersecurity regulations is certainly not a one-time thing. It means determining the so-called defined scope, identifying assets and assessing threats and risks. But we are not alone in this. Security documents

Do you need to demonstrate that you are operating in compliance with safety requirements? We'll prepare and review the documentation you need to do so, and make sure you have processes in place so your employees understand how to behave in certain situations. All in collaboration with our partners within the CyberSecurityPlatform.

Management of suppliers

NIS 2 and the upcoming Cyber Security Act place even greater emphasis on the security and management of contractor services. Do you know what your suppliers need to do from a cybersecurity perspective and whether the contracts you give them are compliant? We'll set up an internal policy, including a security checklist, to assess your suppliers and we'll also work with you to check the accuracy of your contracts.

Getting on the cloud computing list

Are you more interested in issues related to cloud computing in public administration? As of 1 January 2023, public authorities can only purchase cloud services from companies registered on a specifically created list.  We will provide you with everything you need to register your organisation on the cloud computing catalogue.

Jiří Hradský

Jiří is an attorney and partner of SEDLAKOVA LEGAL. He focuses on cybersecurity, personal data protection, e-commerce and marketing law, and other areas where privacy and technology intersect. He regularly lectures on law and data protection. His approach is very informal and he was selected as a finalist in the 2022 Deloitte Legal Disruptors Awards for his way of communicating.

Ondřej Hlušička

Ondrej's 10 years of experience in the legal profession led him to cybersecurity, where he worked as a specialist and auditor at the Ministry of Defence. He now works in the same field at SEDLAKOVA LEGAL, where he focuses on software law in addition to cybersecurity.
